NOTES AND CAVEATS:
- Some medicines were listed on TrumpRx and then removed. Those medicines are grayed out in this chart.
- TrumpRx prices are given for the default dosing on trumprx.com.
- 2025 sales reflect manufacturer disclosures. 2026 estimates reflect analyst forecasts.
- For consistency, global sales — not U.S. sales — are provided.
- Unless otherwise stated, the TrumpRx and Cost Plus dosages are the same. In some cases, TrumpRx only sold in larger quantities than Cost Plus, and the Cost Plus price was adjusted accordingly.
- Cost Plus sells branded Farxiga, Invokamet, Invokamet XR, and Invokana — not the generic versions.
- There are generic versions of Xarelto, but only at the 2.5 mg dose.
- Cost Plus sells a generic version of Xarelto at the 2.5 mg dose at a price of $16.51 for a 30-day supply. TrumpRx sells only 10 mg and higher doses of Xarelto.
- Cost Plus sells Vfend, Zyvox, and Diflucan in tablet form; TrumpRx discounts only the oral suspension of those medications.
- Cost Plus sells Cleocin as a cream and a tablet; Trump offers coupons for a cream and a suppository. The cream price is used on this chart.
- J&J and analysts report Invokana and Invokamet prices combined as a single franchise. The franchise number is reported here.
- Cost Plus sells biosimilar Humira, but not the high-dose form that AbbVie offers on TrumpRx.
- TrumpRx carries only the 0.10% dose of Alphagan P, though the most common dose is 0.20%. Cost Plus does not carry the 0.10% dose. The Cost Plus price for the 0.20% dose is represented here.
